They continually stated to the judge that is maybe the 5th or 6th most important evidence to that allegation yet use it first. Weird. It’s almost like they are liars.

How can Binger also be the one to try Ziminski? This was a material witness who was never called in this case. Clear conflict of interest.

He did mention provocation once in his opening statement but it was first in the closing statement! WTF?
It is their only card. The lies are inexcusable.
I believe he said they could use the term during closings, just not while presenting evidence.
The prosecutor also said you lose the right to self defense when you carry a gun.
How is the prosecutor not going to jail after all the blatant lies he's told in this case?

Imagine shutting off a stream that is being hosted by a panel of lawyers? Those are folks that not only can afford good lawyers themselves but understand the law. I imagine that the lawyers hosting the streams went right to youtube.
