I have resized/deprimed.
I set up my trimmer, and some are shorter than the 1.760.
After sizing some are 1.750 . any issue with this?

Thanks, Mike

1.750" is the spec'd trim length for .223 brass in my Hornady manual if my mind serves me correctly, so you are good to go. I will double check my reloading manual tomorrow but I am 99% positive you can load away :)

Lyman 47 states trim-to-length 1.750"
The nominal length of the case in their illustration is 1.760"
With 0.010" variations in case length (IOW between 1.750" and 1.760") the only readily apparent problem will be the alignment of the bullet cannelure with the case mouth and the contact of the Lee factory crimp die on the case mouth. You may not be using either, so it isn't really an issue. This also assumes that every bullet in that box has the cannelure in precisely the same exact location.

Anything between 1.740" and 1.760" is OK.

This. I use a Lee case length gauge and cutter to trim my brass on a cordless drill. It cuts to 1.740". Everything above 1.750" inches gets trimmed, but it could as easily have been 1.760". The 0.010" spread makes it a little easier spread for hitting the cannelures though.
