3 dot nite sites on a Glock

So I'm itching for an opportunity to take my G23 for a whiz. Mine came with trigicon 3 dot sites -- anyone have a graphic or a link to one for the proper sight alignment on these?

what is so hard to comprehend that holding a firearm with one hand, an iphone in the other, and trying to get it to focus correctly is... difficult.

I was trying to back you up saying their argument of focus wouldn't have anything to do with the op asking about sight alignment since focus is sight picture not sight alignment

I actually prefer a solid black rear sight. I couldnt get the focus on point with my cell phone camera, and the front sight being a fiber optic front also didnt help with the focus.
