Micro Red Dot for 365XL recommendations

Looking for a dot for my optics ready 365XL.

I am probably overthinking this and will just order the Holosun 507k, but was interested in what the hive had to say.
I will not buy a dot that requires you to remove it from the slide to change the battery. I wish the Sig red dot didn't require removal.
Not looking to spend $700 bucks on a dot.

Tell me what I missing. Recommendations of where to purchase welcome.

Yes I know that Holosun is made in China. So is my iPhone and the Lenovo computer I am typing this on. Yeah, it sucks, I know.
507k

I EDCd for a couple of years with a Romeo Zero.

I got sick of crap collecting on the back of the lens so I replaced it with a closed emitter Holosun EPS Carry.

Chinesium. Holosun is Chinese, but their company makes red dot internals for lots of companies and they make a quality product that has been vetted. I wouldn’t run a bunch of other chinesium red dots either, not just Olight.

But also, their flashlights had a habit (a few known instances) of blowing up way back when. Probably people using crap lithium batteries, but there were no safety checks. They seem to have fixed that by using their own internal rechargeable batteries now, but I still don’t like the company.

People will call Holosun chinesium, but the fact remains that Holosun makes the best, most technologically advanced emitters on the market. Full stop. Chinese glass is not as good japanese, swiss, etc glass which is where other companies usually have an advantage.

Do you know why you have to remove your trijicon to change the batteries? It's because they can't make an emitter thats anywhere near as efficient as the chinese, so they have to use a huge battery.

In other news, new open source chinese AI is 30x better than American (non open source!) version. As the American economy gets faker and faker, this will just happen more and more.

Did you happen to order one from Europtic too? I placed an order in December when they had a really good deal and it’s still on back order. I called them today and they said they have 40 on backorder and dont have an ETA from Sig.

Only the dot versions in stock for Romeo-x compact enclosed and I ordered from Ibex.

Another for the Romeo x here. I have the compact open.
I'm pretty sure it's the next RMR. But it hasn't been fully discovered yet.

Humble marksmen on YouTube used it as a hammer to put a nail in a board.
Others I'm kinda looking at are meprolights new ones

I hope you are correct on it being the "next RMR" - I'm really leaning towards one, and I don't want to regret it. Everything I've seen so far has been positive, minus a few complaints of some messy adhesive applications on the enclosed unit.

It would be great if they got it right. And they are getting more affordable.
Sig is smart to design optics specifically for their own pistols. They look organic, with the same lines and stippling as their guns.
Now if they can make them reliable...

I mean, there's only 2 other sig EDC carry options to consider and they are considerably more money.
1 will be able to use a normal cut.
The other would be a completely custom cut and finding someone to somehow to engineer it.

That's the Romeo 2 is the regular cut. But not technically sealed.
The other is the M17 with the custom everything.

I was going to get on the bandwagon of enclosed everything with pistol dots.
But decided against it to the hit or miss quality of every manufacturer.

I also figured I could one of these 3 things to my kit for Instances of emergency cleaning.

Eco-Friendly Carbon Dioxide Mini Gas Duster (canned air) - with 3 each 16 gram CO2 cartridges

Eco-Friendly Production/Tech Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Gas Duster (canned air) Kit - with 2 each 38 gram CO2 cartridges

I haven't heard of any issues with the open ones.

Why have you heard bad things?

I dig the charging hood thing

The Olight charging hood seems like a really strange gimmick. Only good if you’re running the sight on very high brightness and need to charge it often otherwise you’d be better off just carrying a spare battery or charging with solar instead of a box.

I didnt buy one lol

I just dig the idea

Idk its nice to not worry about it

I do batteries once a year for lights and guns its a pita

I'm running an RMRcc on my P365X and love it. It's not the cheapest option but at the time Tijicon was running like a $150 rebate which made the price a little more acceptable.
