Alright, I'm sorry if this has been answered before but I've looked all over and am having trouble coming up with a solution.
Is the .45 model of the Cx4 (or the Hi-Point version, for that matter), which only accepts 8 round magazines (and hi-caps are, to my knowledge, non-existent or incredibly rare) FID legal? I believe it meets length requirements to not be a handgun, and certainly isn't an assault weapon.
Or is it like some stores with Mini 14s and the like, where its technically legal but likely not going to fly at the seller's discretion?
Anyways, just wondering what everyone's opinion was on this. Apologies if its turned up before and I missed it.
