Seems like 1/2 the post on NES could fall under the above.

Was just about to post the same thing.
What surprised me was that for something with such serious title "Terroristic threatening..." it's just a misdemeanor.
This could be pulling a fire alarm at school. Not a good thing to do but "Terroristic". Now I think back to my youth and realize all the terroristic threats I was the victim of and all I was thinking was "cool, the weathers nice and we get to stay out of class for a while".

My younger days were awesome, would not trade for what happening today. However, like you said I’d be on a whole bunch of lists, but so would everyone I grew up and hung out with. Clearly the shooter is d-bag but today’s world is gone to hell in a handbag.

I always wondered why this doesn't happen more.

No need to fly a plane into a building imagine the shutdown you could cause with a few shooters in rush hour in several cities

How much do you think the DNC paid this guy to do this and then ditch the rifle in a place easy enough so the cops could find it?

7:05 PM Sunday, Sept. 8 - The London-Laurel Rescue squad reportedly sent a drone equipped with thermal imaging technology to assist with the search, per LCSO.
Law enforcement said that on Sunday afternoon, an assault rifle was reportedly found near I-75 in the vicinity of the SUV that had been found Saturday night.
“If anyone wants to donate food or water for the officers’ search efforts on the shooter situation off exit 49, they can take the items to the emergency operation center located in London at 165 Substation Road, off McWhorter Street in London.”
The LCSO told FOX 56 that five people were shot. Three victims were taken to Saint Joseph Hospital in London, and two were flown to UK Hospital. All the victims are in stable condition.

CNN: ”Just hours before the shooting, Couch legally purchased a firearm and about 1,000 rounds of ammunition, sheriff’s office officials said.”

Waiting Period law a’ coming soon…

If it was the rifle he purchased just hours earlier, it was pretty dialed in on sights.

"Joseph Couch has previous military experience and is a former member of the National Guard."
"Officials do not believe any of the five who were severely injured will die. There is now a total of 12 vehicles hit with 20-30 rounds shot."
Officials say the AR-15 found at the scene was bought on Saturday before the shooting.
Couch’s family was interviewed and his house was searched. At this time, there is no evidence of a motive.
Officials said that nothing in his criminal history suggested anything like this would happen. A terroristic threatening charge against Couch was dismissed.

is there any actual write-up of what actually happened there on i-75?

If you're going to haul it into the woods and live like a hermit until the heat blows over why the hell would you abandon your rifles for the cops to find. Seems like a not so bright idea. Unless the rifle jammed and was unfixable in the field. Otherwise it makes no sense. Then again, neither does shooting up a bunch of cars for not reason.

A smart person would bury it at least.

To further the cause, they have to know it was the evil rifle!!
