Look at that freak from Chicago on July 4th last year during the parade, likely little to no experience with a rifle and he killed several and also escaped.

Compare and contrast the number of people shot and wounded in Chicago to the number of shot and killed on any given weekend.

Most bad guys aren't looking down their sights and aiming at anatomically significant targets on the body.

I disagree, if a person could get out of the search zone with a car that wasn't on the police radar and get a few states away, lay low for 3-4 weeks eating the duffel bag of beans in rice from the trunk you could avoid arrest for a long time. People have short memories and if you don't draw attention to yourself I bet you could exist for quite awhile without getting caught if you can get past the initial hot zone.

The average woman is glued to her phone, and the average guy is oogling those women, so he could pretty much set up shop in Boston Common and people will just walk right by...
