Anyone know what a Beretta 850BS is?

There's one advertised in a paper but I'm not sure exactly what caliber this is... and i can't seem to find a reference for it on the web. Any one know what it is?

Never mind... guy just called me back. It's a .22 Short.

I owned one. Very nicely made gun, but .22 weak and short doesn't make a good defensive gun except against chipmunks and mice.

yeah, I already told the guy thanks but no thanks. If I'm ever attacked by a rabid chipmunk I'll sic my cat on it. Or call Jellyfish and his shotgun.

Yeah, if you ever need to put one behind somebody's ear without raising a lot of attention, that's the route.
