Anyone know where to get Unicorn Droppings (primers) for non ass rape pricing?

what in the world is considered to be a 'factory second' - means 'defective' primers? they do not fire up, or do not fit properly into the pocket?

Unrelated, but I also haven't noticed a difference between LR and LR Magnum.
I started loading 6.5 after the move and a long time not having to reload it. I only had magnum LR....and wasnt sure if they were OK to use. Im not using full boat loads...these are just regular shooting. I ended up getting my hands on some LR but I only have a few. I have a bunch of LR magnums.

Also picked a few pieces of 6.5 CM range brass......small rifle primers in a few of them? Never saw that before.

6.5 brass is sold for small and large rifle primers.

Many prefer the small rifle primers because they say the brass is tougher, it will last longer with loads near or slightly above the upper limit. Something like that.

One day I messed up, I didn't look at my notes and I reloaded a bunch of LRP 6.5 brass over the max loads. I forget but something like 1 grain over the max. I had a bunch of primer pockets expand. Some to the point a primer would fit too loose. Some, the primer was slightly loose but could still be loaded (keep in mind the brass had already been reloaded a few times). I went back down to normal and didn't get any more loose primer pockets, even the ones that were already loose didn't get worse.

Well.....where I live LR primers are not in stock, and I don't want to buy tons, because I don't load a lot of LR.

And I have a ton of SR....so SR is definately preferred.....I would think SR magnum might be better for something like 6.5......which I have those too.

Never tried magtech. You guys having good luck with them?
I haven’t tried them myself, but I have read a lot of good reports.
Magtech is a quality ammunition manufacturer, I don’t know how long they have been actively making their own primers, but if it’s anything like their ammunition, then I would buy with confidence.

Can’t be any worse than those Argentinian primers or the Ginex primers
I have buddies that are thousands and thousands deep in Ginex with zero issues.
The Servicios Aventuras or whatever they are are a little hard but if you have a good string spring every one has lit off.
I wouldn’t want them in a light spring race gun though.

I'm using ginex to load 10mm, 308win and 6.5cm. They are tight but they work great.

The ram has Magtech SR primers on sale for $249.95/5k.

Also is you spend $250 or more you get $25 off your order. Use code FREEDOM.

Basically covers hazmat and shipping fees.

not the lowest price there, but, well. at least no hazmat and free shipping, difficult to find same in other shops, that will do tax and fees and other BS to balloon the price x1.5.
