Are M107s legal to ship into MA?

Depends on what you're doing with it. Just because it's 50 doesn't mean you need 1000 yards. It blows up air conditioners, printers and such at 200 or less just fine. 🤣
They're also good at doing in old riding mowers, particularly with API ammo.

To answer the OP's original question. AFAIK the M82A1 is still legal in MA as long as you have the break pin/welded. Since the break on the M107A1 can accept the Barrett QDL Suppressor (even if the break is pin/weled) you'd have to get a different break and then pin/weld it. The Barrett M821A1 and M107A1 are both explicitly called out as prohibited "Assault-style firearms" in the original HD.3980 so you can expect them to be on the roster of prohibited assault-style weapons whenever the Firearm Control Advisory Board actually comes up with the list called for in H.4885 (the final bill).

People are saying that a .50 autoloader rifle with a massive brake is not for 100 yards, but I would argue that disabling a vehicle at maybe not usually 100 yards but 300 is....feasible? Sure it can reach way further than that but it's engine block-shattering capabilities is what it's built for. With a low magnification optic and some practice you can easily do doubles on these guns. It's an autoloader, made for fast follow up shots. How far away are you realistically going to be able to hit a moving vehicle? Even if you miss the rotating assembly all you have to do is cause a loss of oil pressure and the vehicle will basically roll to a stop.

Who knows, you might have to one day shoot a hostage taker through a brick building at 50 yards so you should practice at that range.

You try that and let us know how it goes.

Just as an aside, when I got my M82A1 technically all you needed was a FID. They were not classified as "large capacity" since you could only get 10 round magazines for them, and only from Barrett. (You did sill have to pin/weld the break.). Now FosTech makes a 20 round drum for them.

No idea. We drove by in teh rain on Sunday. I wasn't gonna stop. Maybe 3-4" caliber???? It was just on the guy's front lawn with a FOR SALE sign on it. Something you don't see every day.
