Mmm spicy deep fried tofu sounds good... You guys are making me hungry.

I love alligator. Although I grew up in NOLA. But I've never had it so spicy that I couldn't tast the alligator. And, it has to be spicy to make me say that it's spicy.

Well, Chris, I'm a bit of a wimp on spicy food, so it might not be what you consider too hot. Heck, I won't order stuff at a Thai restaurant that has 1 chile next to it on the menu! But moderately spicy Chinese & BBQ are fair game. So... it could just be me.

But I've never had deep fried corn. But then, how can ANYTHING deep fried be bad?

Oh, believe me, this corn was awesome. Yum. And don't get me started on fried turkey!

Yea, I figure that if my nose isn't running, then it's not hot enough.

Then I don't like Thai food... But I like hot Chinese and BBQ as well. But I have MANY hot sauces around the house. And they get used up around here.

My father-in-law love to trade hot recipies and the like. And we're always making two batches of everything. One hot for us, and one not for everyone else.


And man, fried Turkey is GREAT!
