Sorry, I guess I don't get it. A thread on a law being proposed in the MA legislature and discussion is locked out. What did I miss?
Is it not true? Is it a hoax?

I seriously don't understand why the lock-out.

1. It's a law that's been introduced every single legislative session for the past 10 years ofr so.
2. It gets burried in some committee every time and never even discussed.
3. Most legislators don't know it's even there (much like the majority of bills).
4. Contacting legislators about it, either pro or con, will only make it more likely that something will happen with it.
5. As noted when it was locked, there have already been a number of separate threads on the exact same bill.
