I don’t think anyone is suggesting that people didn’t commit crimes on Jan 6 - most of us are saying that Ashli Babbitt was murdered for an unjustifiable reason and we reject the attempted cover-up of it, as well as the “insurrection” narrative that you seem to have fully bought into.

If the cop standing next to the person who was shot looks completely unconcerned, your position seems to be somewhat of a stretch.

You said multiple times there are “lots” of sites You will be shot for trespassing on. Just name one of those sites. I’m willing to believe but I can find zero examples of this and zero laws allowing it unless the person poses an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury just like everywhere else. So if there’s a special carve out for certain properties I’d like to read it.
