There is an exemption amount for out of state sellers. Technically, the purchaser is required to pay the tax when they file their taxes (use tax).
They probably set it up wrong. But why complain about no tax?

I've purchased several optics from Bereli and never had an issue with them. I've been buying from them for over 3 years. They are a small family owned Florida business. They really are relatively small, that's why they don't need to collect MA sales tax (you don't need to collect MA sales tax if your sales to MA is under $100,000). I have standardized on makita but you can get adapters on amazon and elsewhere for about $15 that will work with milwaukee/etc

Plastic, same idea as Plano's ammo containers, just Sheffield's version of them. They won't stack with Plano's. They are a locked container for ammo purposes.
