Deals and steals

Bereli is having a sale on EOTech holographic sights. Most appear to be about $100 less than anywhere else. For example an XPS3-0 with a 68 MOA ring and 1 MOA dot reticle for $499. That's $100 cheaper than EuroOptic and similar sites. Free shipping and no MA sales tax.

Why no tax?

This smells like China. I’ve been scammed before so I’m very cautious now.

Edit… This might be legit. See post below....

There is an exemption amount for out of state sellers. Technically, the purchaser is required to pay the tax when they file their taxes (use tax).

Edit… Yup, I’m staying far away from this one..

I've purchased several optics from Bereli and never had an issue with them. I've been buying from them for over 3 years. They are a small family owned Florida business. They really are relatively small, that's why they don't need to collect MA sales tax (you don't need to collect MA sales tax if your sales to MA is under $100,000). They do most of their business via the internet. The picture above shows just a small part of their facility. Here is all of their facility (you can see the small building from the picture above off to the side of the main building):

OK, good to know. I'm still out $800 from a company called Renewable Outdoors (Renewable Outdoors - Renewable Energy & Off-Grid Living Store) so I'm being very careful. I have the credit card company involved now. I purchased a solar generator from them and had to cancel the order before it shipped. They said it was too late to cancel and to refuse delivery from FedEx. I did that and they refused to issue a refund. I notified the credit card company and they removed the charge from my account. Renewable Outdoors then filed against me and they put the charge back on my card. Thankfully I have proof and pictures of everything, including internet chats where they were apologizing. Lesson #1 learned, Never use the internet chat feature. There is no proof of communication. I'm lucky I took pictures of our conversation.

Vehicle recovery rope almost half off as part of a flash sale.

So you convinced me. Went ahead and purchased their Davidson Defense 'Over The Rainbow' 17" AR-15 .223 Wylde Rifle Full Build Kit (unassembled) for $437.93 (including MA tax, free shipping). Something different to pair with one on my spare 80% lowers (maybe the blue cerakote for something completely different).

I hope you have success with your build and enjoy!

I needed a multi tool the other day & came across the cordless one Milwaukee makes
$30 off if you're an Ace rewards member

I have one of these and they're great. Just note that this is for the tool only. If you're not already into the Milwaukee M18 ecosystem, you'll have to buy a battery and charger.

I have standardized on makita but you can get adapters on amazon and elsewhere for about $15 that will work with milwaukee/etc

Limit of 4x .30 caliber ammo cans for just over $12 with tax and you can get multiple purchases for the same deal with each transaction. Good through the 29th. These do have a gasket on the lip.

$6.88 black or clear, they have rubber gaskets in the lid. I think Sheffield makes them for Walmart.

Are these metal or plastic?
With a lock, would these qualify for "legal" for ammo? I doubt for firearms.

Plastic, same idea as Plano's ammo containers, just Sheffield's version of them. They won't stack with Plano's. They are a locked container for ammo purposes.

Noco usually has good reviews and a decent rep. Sorry to hear you got a bad one.
Funny on Friday there was a lady with a couple kids with a dead battery at the gas station and I said I might be able to jump it, pulled it out ( the Noco that is) and started quickly. Just got it 2 days ago
Weird how things work
