Difference between Lake City XM193 and LC XM193C

Can anyone explain the difference between Federal Lake City XM193 and Federal Lake City XM193C, with the "C" being the only obvious difference besides packaging? They are generally even priced identically. I've been curious about this I've just never gotten around to asking.

I believe the "C" stands for commercial and is packed in the fancy box vs. the plain brown box.
