We live in a state where it is illegal to even possess an empty shell casing without a license and in the only state worse than MA, a TEACHER is allowed to keep a live 40 mm round on his desk?????

I agree that, if true ,he is a Darwin candidate, but can this really be???

I used to have a Dummy 105 round (for a Tank) next to my desk overseas. Real case, wood bullet.
