The Nut has the worst recoil when shooting an AK, even the Slant brake is better. The Brakes look weird to me on an AK but will def help with the recoil.

Another 1000 rounds of ammo. That first batch is gonna disappear real quick.

Honestly, that's pretty much it. The two Ak clones I have (wasr and m10) required nothing but a basic cleaning before they were ready to go. Hell, they didn't even need that, but I'm anal about keeping things clean. Because it has the open sights, I don't even see a reason to get an optic, unless it's > 1x. If you can get sub 2 MOA groups at 100 yards off the bat, you're doing well.
