Glock FFL

It’s an hour and 45 so realistically 4 hours driving maybe 45 min there that’s a 5 hour occasion. I have a Job 🤣🤣
I work 40-60hrs a week and made 4 hr roundtrips to buy and sell all the time. My guess is is that you obviously don't need to sell it bad enough you're probably better off just keeping whatever it is you're trying to sell.

Well, GLONK Guy, there are plenty of places if you ask the right people. It's a secret society thing much like the elite clubs are in the ivies. Mum's the word cause

glox r illegal in MA

I get that and i hate commuting the older i get

But I hate the MA Cup Townie "its too faah" mentality even worse. 🤣
One time I wanted to do a private sale this guy wouldn't do it unless I met him at the DUNKS near his house lol. Wouldn't make the 20 min drive to my FFL.

Yeah, that's pretty lame. I always went out of my way on both sides to be flexible but as a buyer im not making demands like that.

I am wanting to sell a Glock, but I am out of privates any dealers that will do the transfer?
How do you know you are out of privates? How does the state know you are out of privates?

The only current requirement for a private transfer that you are capable of satisfying is to validate the recipients license. FA10s are not a thing (the new law removed all references). The new EFRS (electronic firearms registration system) compliant with 121B has not been implemented yet. So validate license and sell the gun. No other paperwork is legally required at this time. Eventually you will need to use the EFRS for personal transfers, but not until they actually implement it.

So, how do you know you are out and how does the state know?

This.....Crackpot always has the answers. There is no FA-10 needed.

Ive got buckets of these stories....in the end it was....selling for a fair (probably too cheap) price. Come to me if you want it. It also depends on the value...Im not driving an hour to sell a 300 dollar gun to some jackass that cant at least meet me halfway.

Ive sold a lot of guns down here and everyone has no problem coming to the seller.

Sometimes I'll put a Q&A in my WTS ads, after stating the acceptable meeting spots.

Can you drive to meet me?

Yes, as long as it is to one of the above mentioned spots. [laugh]

At least you have instant transfers in MA. I won't drive very far in NH, because with the Gunline, you never know how busy it will be and how long it will take. Some dealers prefer to fax in the check (I get it - so you're not on hold) but that can take a lot longer. I'm caretaking for an ill spouse, so I don't have all day to be gone.

Sounds like he didn't want to go through an FFL more than not meeting there.
