Glock magazine - not locking the slide back

Greetings,

I recently got 4 G23 FML prebans. After trying them at the range two mags (one 13 another 13 with a +2 floor plate fail to lock the slide back after the last round is fired.
I suspect it's the magazine spring, as the gun functions fine with other mags.
I am planning on upgrading the mags. I wonder if I should get wolff +10 spring or regular?
Also, should I get new followers as well?

Andy,
Check the follower on the mags. The left front of the mag follower has a little tab that engages the slide stop. If these are chipped, worn or broken, the slide will not lock back. Time for new followers.

If these tabs are intact, then new springs are in order.

Compare the suspect followers to new or functioning followers. You should be able to tell the difference.
