Did you see the so-called thermobaric bomb in the Ukraine thread I just posted? Looks like a tactical nuke almost. Something is definitely going to happen. Probably not by Russia though.

Wow, I forgot gold was under $1200 in 2018. I remember going to Apmex saying “where are the $1200 gold eagles? Where are the $15 silver Eagles?”

$2283 is a new intraday all time high.
Spot or futures? It’s $2287 now for futures.
Is the price is going to push up today or what? I am at almost break even on some silver stocks. Been bag holding for a few years now!
Wait for $26 to break on the silver futures because if it does (which I think it will soon) the silver stocks will go bananas
Gold just touched $2295 for another new all time intraday high. Dayum.
Futures bumped above $26 and dropped right back but that resistance will get busted soon enough as the Fed accepts a higher rate of inflation.
If we close above $26 this week that would be the beginning of silver’s sterling breakout.

Funny to hear even gold bulls saying “yeah, we’ll probably reach $2350 by end of the year.” We may hit that this week at this rate.

The bad junior gold and silver miners are going up a lot, and good ones not much. I think that means it’s still just short covering, not any real interest in PM miners. Investors keep holding out for the gold sell off that never comes.
