Had some fun with the Ruger 10/22 today. Ever since I upgraded the stock it’s been way more fun to shoot. I pulled the red dot and added a budget lpvo. Grouping at 100 yards wasn’t too bad shooting 40 grain CCI mini mags.

Glorious day yesterday in terms of weather, some tannerite, and a group of friends.

I took the day off from work and met up with a buddy and we built a 24x8 target stand at the 100 yard mark at the range, we will use it hang silhouette steel targets with hopes that idiots will be able to somewhat stay on target and not destroy it

My friend told me to come shoot at his range anytime we want. He is set up to go as far as 1000 yards. Well, I have a few ar500 targets so I told him I would set them up and leave them there for all to use.

I set them up today. My wife had a ball practicing with her 6.5cm. I brought the ar and my reloads. Had a ball popping steel at 300 yards with the ar. Finally found a load that made that thing shoot consistently.

We got back there today and was able to range the gongs. So the gongs are at 390, 500 and 640 yards. My wife hits bullseye at a 100 on first shot. So she feels good about the gun's setup finally.

First shot on 390, nails it. First shot on 500, nails it! I sighted my ar at 100, and finally got the windage pefect. Couldn't quite get there yesterday with the stiff 45 degree wind. Hit the 390 on second shot. Got three out of five. I'm psyched the ar can do that. It will be perfect for yotes.

Hung a piece of steel and did some low ready work from 50 and 100 yards out, I definitely dropped about 10 rounds from poor execution but overall happy with what I got in today

Good luck. We use steel pipe horizontal, have to replace fairly constantly. 2x4 pine, good luck.

It's comfortable to grip, nothing groundbreaking

I bought it to give a small company business, to be honest I'd say I prefer my basic polymer Magpul grips but not a big deal either way.

I just put it on my range, trainer gun

No lines at the range today, so I had the chance to do a little holster work. All shots at ~6yds, draw, fire twice, reholster. Working on trigger pull, which is my weak spot.

200 yards with ar15 and my 68gr loads bench and sand bags. I'd like to be a little tighter but not bad. I was holding about 3 inches to the left for like an 8mph crosswind.
