Gun Parlor does it again…

What happened to the people that bought them, were they seized from the owners?
The buyer is allowed to own the guns. The buyer is allowed to buy the guns. The only laws broken are Chapter 93A consumer safety regulations broken by gun parlor. It is a civil infraction with a penalty of up to $5000 per incident.

There is no legal basis to seize the lawfully purchased and lawfully possessed guns.

In 2004 when the then AG decided that the loaded chamber indicator on glocks was not in compliance with 940 CMR 16, they notified all dealers in the state of this fact and informed them they needed to take back all illegally sold/transferred guns and issue full refunds. They also were required to inform their customers of this and request the guns back.

Smart customers filed the request where it belonged. The panty wetters returned their glocks.

So no, there is no chance of seizures. There is a chance that people were asked to return their guns, but there is no basis to force this request.

I don't think anything happened to those that bought them, no idea.

I would have assumed we would have heard like we did when Bass Pro got caught.
I was actually one of the people that bought one of those guns when the Gun Parlor was in their old location with the motorcycle shop. I bought a Glock 17 with the Nickel Boron slide and barrel. Really nice. I got a letter from the MA AG's office about 8 years after I bought it telling me I could turn it back to the Gun Parlor for a full refund.

The gun was long gone by then, but I would have ignored the letter if I still had it

Yeah I don’t know if it was a smash and grab maybe they weren’t paying attention and his back was already turned and booking ass out of there?
They are cucks?
I have no idea I’m only speculating

Seems like every piece of glass should have tamper alarms. Cameras everywhere.

Super stupid stealing a gun from a gun shop.

Likely it was a gun in one of those cases located as soon as you walk in. Those cases are next to the main entrance and unguarded. Kinda surprised they weren't hit like this earlier.

Their storefront opens to a hallway before you actually enter the staffed store. In the hall there are glass cases on both sides of the door with firearms on display. Cameras but no people in the hall. Probably that's where the smash and grab happened.

Also heard they are selling ar’s and ak’s to LEO’s still, would be great if they became the “test case”. Maybe one of Maura’s trolls here see this and gives them a visit…
