Help ID these guns

My Friend found a few handguns in a closet of a relatives that he was cleaning out. He asked me if I knew what they were from pictures, but I know little of old guns. Can you help me out?

The top one is a Hi-Standard R-100 revolver. The bottom appears to be a Hi-Standard semi-automatic, probably a .22lr. The middle I can't see well enough to make even a guess. All I can tell is that it is a break-top revolver.

the middle one is an Iver Johnson tip up , probably in .38 S&W.

if he wants to sell the bottom one, the Hi Standard semi-auto .22 give me a shout, I'd be interested in it.

The bottom is a High Standard Model "B". I think that is the first model they made in the early 1950's.
