Hubbardston (MA) WMA

Is anyone familiar with this WMA? Went to walk our dog there a few weeks back and I was expecting more mixed cover than woods.
Thought we'd get lucky and find a pheasant or two (training only).

We walked in from the parking lot on New Westminster Rd.
