People celebrating this are being a little short sighted. Don't you realize that this is the sacrificial lamb they needed to prove that Trump got a fair trial?
Count how many times you are going to hear that trump's trial was fair because hunter got convicted too!

Hunter got off on far more serious charges to cover corruption allegations

I could care less about the gun charges. I want to know if he walked on failed to pay taxes on 1.5 million dollars and where and why he and his Dad were paid over 50 million dollars from foreign governments.

7th circuit enc banc just ruled 4473 constitutional. We’ll see if it progresses up to full panel.

The whole country knows that Trump's trial was a completely fabricated, last ditch, Hail Mary effort for the left to prohibit him from running and to besmirch his name even further with more bullshit propaganda than they have for the past 9 years.
Hunter Biden's case is a clear cut, in your face, witnessed testified violation of existing law that you or I would be crucified for and become a permanently prohibited person.
What is trying to be exposed here is the pervasive "JUST US" two-tiered injustice system" that routinely fvcks over the average citizen but lets the politically connected walk free.
We'll see how this pans out when the judge imposes the sentencing.
Until then, FJB and his sons and the whole family who are as corrupt they come.

Your correct address isn't protected private information and providing it doesn't infringe your right to obtain firearms. Heller expressly spoke to conditions on the commercial sale of arms - identification of the actual purchaser is within that spectrum of conditions the SCOTUS will rubber stamp as permitted.
Completely different issue from barring persons addicted to drugs from procuring arms.

There is NO WAY Hunter is appealing this one. If he does, it can run for another year; by then, his daddy will likely be out of the office. The prez cannot pardon Hunter until after the elections. If the prez does pardon him before the elections, he will be eaten alive in the papers, the web, and the polls. Besides, there is plenty of time to pardon Hunter after the elections are over and before the new prez is sworn in.
Based on the above, Hunter needs sentencing to occur as close to elections as possible to avoid jail time. If he's sentenced on November 4th and ordered to report to prison on November 6, his dad will have plenty of time to pardon his son.
