another great example of "journalism", what a bunch of idiots.
1. Defense minister of Russia already went on record that current army's supply of AK 74 is ahead of their needs for several decades, so no, there is absolutely no reason to make anymore 74s, they are obsolete.
2. ... because series 100 have been around for quite some time already
