Gen 3 and earlier Glocks are legal in CA. As a district attorney and AG she would have been permitted to purchase off-roster firearms, but I don’t know what the rule is once she left office.

Who knows she may be proficient with a handgun but again the Secret Service's job is to keep her safe. I do agree that Glock could be a catch all termfor a handgun,most police and a fair number of Federal agencies issue Glocks to their officers and agents.
