I have the Sourdough Pancake holster from Simply Rugged for my 686+. I can't really give you much of a review, since it's not a gun that I carry, but it's a very well made leather holster. Options for customization too.

Bought the matching belt and holder for a speed loader. I like how the belt threads in the back and has a cleaner look.
