I know when you move you have to notify the issueing authority, the new chief where you are moving, and the CHSB. If you move again do you need to notify the intermidiary town... here is situation.

Lived in TownA got issued LTC A ALP
Moved to TownB notified TownA, TownB, and CHSB
Will be moving to TownC.

I know I must notifiy TownC, TownA, and CHSB.
Am I required to notify TownB? If it's not required is it advisable to let them know you are leaving their jurisdiction? Does TownB even care?

Am I required to notify TownB?

I do not recall ever hearing about this type of situation, but considering this state, I would probably notify Town B just to be on the safe side. It might be a stretch for them to make a case concerning lack of notification, but why give them the chance?

I wonder if any of our resident attorneys know of any case law in this one small specific area?
