My Rep Armini on there as usual. The same f***ing ax wound that said "I don't care what SCOTUS says, I don't like guns" when grilled by an actual attorney at one of her Town Halls during HB4420 last summer. There aren't strong enough words to describe the local hatred for that putrid Kunt.

It's a one party kingdom that feels it is not beholden to the United States Constitution. The feeling in Massachusetts by the democrats/socialists in reality
liberal communists feel they are on an island of the righteous and can do anything they want. This is what the majority of voters in the state want and they vote for it over and over again and they feel good about it and screw any of you that may feel different.

This is why we can't win in MA, the number just aren't there. Even if every gun owner pushed for favorable laws, they would still be vastly out numbered.
So we need to fight like we can win but in the end the best we can do is mitigate the damage.
That doesn't mean we can't take it to the Fed courts. Right now that's the only real solution to MA, the Fed Gov. You may not like the Fed taking more control, and in many states where it's not necessary that would be a bad idea, but in MA it may be a way to stop the state. A simple pre-emption clause on Fed gun laws would help, reciprocity would at least piss off MA with it's loss of control. Neither of these would have any real affect on non-oppressive states.
They certainly did in the past but it is difficult to gauge how the cabal operates internally. For awhile they were hedging on strategic end around attacks (eg, like ubc) but after bruen their radical wing has gone full retard temper tantrum; either that or the movement feels its about to get f***ed and feels as though "full retard now or never" is in play....
Lol part of the problem is this fun assumption that every gun owner in MA is on the correct side, , is hot garbage, and that's being polite. People keep thinking that because they have a plastic card that others like them will care about rkba issues.

Call her office, make an appointment to see her in person, make sure you work in that you are a constituent, only say that there are a number of upcoming bills that you'd like to discuss. When you are there make sure that is true regardless of what other issues you want to discuss.
"constituent services" is a thing for the Reps and Senators. I don't know if it's a requirement, just that they take it seriously.
And showing up in person makes a bigger impact.

I'm going to disagree on this. They get lots of call and they return a very very small number, and those will be based on more than agree or disagree. If you are only representing yourself, pro or con, you're not likely to get a call back.

at least semi-autos exist, and are arms, and are CLEARLY protected by the 2A, i say we rally behind this bill....
I keep getting emails about that ATF thingy, everything about that is already enacted here in the Republik correct?
GOA members have until June 2nd according to an email I got.
Do they do these Thursday conferences every week? Did I miss the notes from last week's? Anything from today's? When do they close up the SCOTUS for summer vacation?

I think that means it is going to get done eventually, behind closed doors and then we are basically screwed. Then hope the election in November goes red and hope we can hold onto the SCOTUS.
