Meanwhile, earlier this week H.2361, banning all semiautomatic rifles and shotguns, was advanced out of the Public Safety and Homeland Security committee:
Bill H.2361

Don’t bother to dignify that bill. It won’t pass; it never does. It’s Linsky being Linsky.Oh Fun - time for another trip to the state house I'm sure.
This let's see if we can make an argument that does not involve the Constitution - because they don't give a whit about that or SCOTUS.
So what argument will they listen to? Hmmmm.

My Rep Armini on there as usual. The same f***ing ax wound that said "I don't care what SCOTUS says, I don't like guns" when grilled by an actual attorney at one of her Town Halls during HB4420 last summer. There aren't strong enough words to describe the local hatred for that putrid Kunt.

Because it's loony moonbat Massachusetts where crazy DimocRATS rule everything and non-DimocRAT opposition has been frustrated into oblivion.Yet they keep getting re-elected.
This is why we can't win in MA, the number just aren't there. Even if every gun owner pushed for favorable laws, they would still be vastly out numbered. It's a one party kingdom that feels it is not beholden to the United States Constitution. The feeling in Massachusetts by the democrats/socialists in reality
liberal communists feel they are on an island of the righteous and can do anything they want. This is what the majority of voters in the state want and they vote for it over and over again and they feel good about it and screw any of you that may feel different.
They certainly did in the past but it is difficult to gauge how the cabal operates internally. For awhile they were hedging on strategic end around attacks (eg, like ubc) but after bruen their radical wing has gone full retard temper tantrum; either that or the movement feels its about to get f***ed and feels as though "full retard now or never" is in play....Well, time will tell... but I don't think BloomingTurd or Soros give a rat's ass about SCOTUS.
Lol part of the problem is this fun assumption that every gun owner in MA is on the correct side, , is hot garbage, and that's being polite. People keep thinking that because they have a plastic card that others like them will care about rkba issues. This is why we can't win in MA, the number just aren't there. Even if every gun owner pushed for favorable laws, they would still be vastly out numbered.
Call her office, make an appointment to see her in person, make sure you work in that you are a constituent, only say that there are a number of upcoming bills that you'd like to discuss. When you are there make sure that is true regardless of what other issues you want to discuss.BECCA RAUSCH IS MY NO SHOW SENATOR, she won’t return calls about any hot ticket situation. Guns, Haitians in our town , nothing .
Oh, I would bet she returns calls to those that agree with herBECCA RAUSCH IS MY NO SHOW SENATOR, she won’t return calls about any hot ticket situation. Guns, Haitians in our town , nothing .
The likelihood of success is small, but doing nothing guaranties failure.
I'm going to disagree on this. They get lots of call and they return a very very small number, and those will be based on more than agree or disagree. If you are only representing yourself, pro or con, you're not likely to get a call back.Oh, I would bet she returns calls to those that agree with her
They get back in because there aren't any decent alternatives.Yet they keep getting re-elected.
It's not unusual on the Internet
good, a semi-auto ban on the books is a hell of a lot clearer a case for the supremes than the amorphous target of "assault weapons"Meanwhile, earlier this week H.2361, banning all semiautomatic rifles and shotguns, was advanced out of the Public Safety and Homeland Security committee:

GOA members have until June 2nd according to an email I got.I keep getting emails about that ATF thingy, everything about that is already enacted here in the Republik correct?
Do they do these Thursday conferences every week? Did I miss the notes from last week's? Anything from today's? When do they close up the SCOTUS for summer vacation? So, what happened, and what's next?
I gotta get me a job like that !!
They don't care about the constitution unless it's an actual criminal degenerate having their rights violated. Then they will move heaven and earth to uphold the constitution. It's a one party kingdom that feels it is not beholden to the United States Constitution. I think that means it is going to get done eventually, behind closed doors and then we are basically screwed. Then hope the election in November goes red and hope we can hold onto the SCOTUS.What do you all think?
One thing that’s not moving: gun reform legislation. “To quote a wise man, it’s not done till it’s done. And it’s not done,” state Rep. Mike Day, who’s leading negotiations for the House, told reporters.
Probably a funding problem more than anything. They don't care if this shit is actually legitimate. It's all for show.Maybe they got bad news from their lawyers and this is the first sign that they’re back burnering it.
