MA Liberals on Reddit Need Firearms and 2A To Defend Against Mean Tweets

On a similar thread they took great issue with an alleged law (Oklahoma I believe) being proposed to require people to prove citizenship when enrolling children in school. Not that it could be used to deny a child and education.

Someone pointed out that the info could be used as a way to make a database to target those listed....

Yup...kindda like registration

I would love to see transgenders or those going through the process declared as having a mental health disorder and not be allowed to own guns.

The years of frustration and humiliation from growing up gay, not fitting in, and having pent up anger eventually comes to the surface when the chemicals kick in. Substance abuse is not uncommon. The irreversible mutilations to their bodies is a perverse delussion and rejection of reality, that cause even more anger when realized it is still an illusion. The sex change chemicals and hormone therapy significantly alters their personalities and f*** up their brains completely trying to go against nature. These people are not stable at all. If you’re gay, great be gay, but going full trans is a mental illness.

I’m speaking from sad experience having watched a wonderful, sweet, caring gay niece who moved out to Cali eventually get caught up in that world and ultimately convinced to go through the physical change. Now completely unhinged and unrecognizable with an aggressive, resentful, hate-filled personality Incredibly sad. “Their” friends are very similar and despise anyone not with them. They and not stable people and should not own guns.

It’s getting dangerous out here; we need to exercise our 2A rights.

Hops on the Honda Ruckus to the gun store, sits outside for three hours, too afraid to go in. The store closes. Brings an ally (they/them) the next day, and with their support, finally gets the courage to walk inside.

Gets asked for an LTC and is confused. "What’s an LTC?" they wonder. "Wait, it takes six months?" They glance at the paperwork and notice, "Wait, this says I can’t have been confined to a mental institution?"

Calls the Asian gun store employee a "Nazi" in a panic and storms out in tears, overwhelmed by the whole situation.

I know, the gun show loophole!" they/them think to themselves, they jump in the Honda Ridgeline, paying $25 to enter. The stench hits them immediately—overpowering, a mix of sweat and stale air. They pass by the beef jerky stand, feeling disgusted, but keep moving. The Nazi pins catch their eye, but they quickly glance away. The half-empty tables are uninspiring, until—at last! There it is: the Röhm RG-14, shining like a beacon. Perfect to protect me and my community.

"$400? I'll take it!" they/them says, eager to finally make the purchase. They hand the money to the elderly vendor, but he slides a 4473 form across the table. "What is this?!" they/them exclaim. "What about the loophole?!"

The vendor gives them a long look, sighs, and points at the form. "This ain't the loophole, kid. Gotta fill it out, just like everyone else.

They/them ask, "Where’s the safe space?" looking around, hoping for some comfort in the chaos. The old man lowers his glasses, eyes narrowing just slightly. "No safe spaces here, kid," he says with a gravelly tone. "This is a gun show, not a daycare."

They spent $25 to enter, a full day of tips from their job as a barista at Starbuck, wasted, The scent of espresso and caramel lingers on their clothes, a small piece of normalcy in a day that felt anything but.

I don't know about anyone else but I saw the absolute displays of stupidity during covid when liberals were running into gun stores thinking that guns were easier to buy than toothpaste. I can still remember like it was yesterday being in the shop at Pioneer Valley Arms to pick up a Ruger revolver I had on order and there was at least 4 or 5 people in the store who honestly felt like they could buy a gun and bring it home that day. That's the way it should be, but, they were too stupid to realize they voted their civil rights away. At least I went home with a gun that day and they got a loser sandwich.

I would absolutely be against a DSM diagnosis being the only thing required for removing someone's enumerated rights. There are a lot of "mental health disorders" that have no relation to your competency to possess a firearm. OCD and bulimia come to mind.

On the last paragraph, I completely understand. I've lost 4 people who started life as gay/lesbian and transition. Three to suicide and one cut me off when when I wouldn't regard them in the same way as my wife, which is to say, biological female. No matter how far their indoctination, please reach out and let them know you still love them, and still care about them. They may reach out someday and the lifeline you extended will be the difference.

And a 47% suicide rate.

I don't have a problem in the world with a gay person owning a firearm. the pink pistols were the founding organization for encouraging gay people not to be victims by arming themselves. my problem is and I know that some of the people that have posted here are openly gay, is the LG t x y z movement has been infiltrated by a lot of mentally ill people in my opinion. my niece who is gay and who I love dearly has a license to carry where she lives and I taught her how to shoot. and she's damn good at it if I do say so myself. but I don't know where some of these nose ringed purple haired God knows what their gender or sexuality is people have the right frame of mind to own a weapon. to quote Uncle Ben in the Spider-Man movie with great power comes great responsibility. most of us here who are long time shooters and who have carried concealed for protection know the importance of that statement. a firearm is nothing to be waved around for fun. just ask that dopey kid who used an AR after he was set upon frankly in a place where he had no business being. it takes a certain mindset to be proficient enough with a weapon to be able to draw it pointed at another person and pull the trigger. frankly I don't think a lot of the people on the fringes of the lgbtxyz movement a capable of that level of reasoning

A little off topic but f*** libs.

Was informed this is where at least some of the "buyback" gun parts from Worcester ended up. I'd guess after cutting the receiver. nice of them, they're helping train kids to be their future gardeners

Yes, Reagan passed the first gun laws. Of course.
Dude, this country was RED AF since the 1800s.

Most of the West was hardcore red, the Sheriff would take guns away from people when going into town. Sh*t like that.

You can Google all this.

Some of you here seem to think the country was some sort of utopia for gun owners up until the 80s or 90s. LOL ...

We are greener now than we have been in about 100 years.

Side note: Reagan was sh*t.

Sorry to hear that. Believe me, we keep trying to be supportive and loving, but it’s a one-way street. My biggest fear is the suicide thing which is unfortunately much too common. My second biggest concern is violence against others, which is also becoming too common.
