Just got the email that the backstop cleanout is done and the range is open again. The following was posted in the email:
"Just a little trivia, there was an estimated 18,500 pounds of material reclaimed from the backstop.
That's equalivent to:
563,043 - .45 bullets
or
1,126,086 - 9mm bullets
or
3,237,500 - .22 bullets
That's a lot of shooting in one year."
I did some back of the napkin math and determined that about 1/4 of 1% of that material was mine!
Now I know where my money has been going!
