Factory SBS, Mass doesnt allow anyone to convert a "normal" shotgun to a SBS, they must come from the factory as a SBS.
Has a decent light built into the foregrip, too.
Just got it in, 10 months wait and one tax stamp later...

How can that be? Its an sbs, therefore the mag tube is shorter too.

Thanks! The gun is a 1972 vintage and in excellent condition.
When it arrived, there was a positive surprise: It came with the original wooden box, complete with the screw driver and cleaning accessories which were neither pictured nor mentioned in the auction text! The box is now mine and will be home to my 3 1/2" M27-2. I've traded (not my best) Luger holster to the club, for the S&W box and a mid-1930's Luger mag. One happy camper here!
