Hi - New to NES - just looking for a little guidance on LTC CCW in Danvers.
I'm sure you've all heard lots of stories before. Today headed off to Danvers PD to submit application for LTC - No Restrictions. Waited two hours then escorted to a room with a computer - all the while the only words spoken by female staff member was requesting individual documents. She stuck to business, entered my data, took my picture and fingerprints. Virtually no communication until she handed me a sheet that documented my visit and application. She merely said I'd hear about my LTC Class A in 6-8 weeks. Really? That's it? Talk about feeling dispatched.
Question: Is this typical? I thought the new laws addressed the imperial approach toward granting us our 2nd Amendment. I'll be upfront - this was just a little sterile. What am I to expect?
I'd appreciate any recent experiences in Danvers going for unrestricted LTC?
