Looks fake. Hammer appears to be down after he racks the slide, the gunshot sound is obviously added in, I have seen this before with no audio, and the slide does not appear to unlock when he throws it back, and no matter how loose your grip is, your just not gonna chuck it like that.

Good eye ... You can tell the gunshot sound was faked in, but I think the fact that the hammer isn't even cocked busts this one for sure.
