Further investigation determined that when attempting to purchase firearms from federally licensed firearms dealers, Andruchuk falsely claimed on federal forms that he was not āan unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.ā
