I really like my P365 but the 10 round mags are too short to be easily accessible when grabbing them from a mag pouch. I also like the P365X grip length better but sometimes it's nice to have the super compact regular P365 length. So after some searching I found these MA friendly extensions which just increase the length of the floorplate but don't add extra rounds to the mag. They are slightly longer than a P365X 10/12 round mag, and slightly shorter than the 15 round mag (see below image, this was taken at my house in North Carolina). I had the opportunity to compare my p365 with this extended mag to a G43x and it's nearly identical size-wise. Really an optimal size for a CCW pistol I think, and lets you easily switch to the micro-compact form factor.

Nice to see other options.

I’ve used the Tactical Dev ones

This I have found to be the best. I usually carry the 10 round mag even in NC with this. I like the lightness and feel of it

The NDZ Performance aluminum +0 extensions are nice too, that's what I used to run.

I have the Pearce pinky extensions on my mags. I like it.

I have a knockoff of the pierce grip and it is fine except when you do a tap-rack to clear a malfunction (thankfully I have only ever had to do this when I mix dummy rounds in at the range). I move, tap, rack pretty hard out of habit, and it leaves a massive bruise on my palm. That was what made me start searching for an extension like this. They are fine for the onboard mag and for carry, but maybe not for range practice for that reason IMHO.

Yes - it’s not great for tap and clear drills. Let us know what you find as a solution.

Link for that is here, those are nice and similar in cost to the plastic ones I got.

The ones I had lacked the finger extension lip, but looked the same otherwise. Good weight, comfortable for tap/rack and didn’t print much. Looks like they stopped offering those.
