Palmetto State Armory; wow...

They ship ‘any ting you wan’ to NH. So you poor mass slaves just have to have a friend over the border, problem solved.

I wish that Palmetto State Armory and Massachusetts would just list what's legal and save us all the reading.

I'm sure it's a short list.

Why should PSA bother/put effort into it when mAss is just going to change the rules.

Anyone that hasnt gotten the message that they need to get out of mAss is low on the scale of observation skills

It's not a rant. I feel kind of sorry for PSA. Just reading their terms of acceptance gives me a small idea of all the crap they have to make sure that THEY are in compliance with so that THEY can stay in business.

That's bunk. The ammo rule is bogus. It's been tested and it's bogus. Be in a area of the economy, "suffer" the regulatory consequences. Been there, done that. We live in a patchwork country of laws.

But saying, "We just won't ship anything" is sorta a wussy way of dealing with it. If they started selling ammo in MA tomorrow, I'd still deal with TSUSA versus PSA. (Not that I'm a mega-buyer by any stretch.)

It's the Cheaper Than Dirt/Spoitzmin'z Guide methodology. But at least those are just spurious companies so I expect crap like that from them. LOL

f*** PSA. They have no f***ing spine, and they don't honor their word. I wouldn't piss on PSA if they were on fire.

After what they did to a friend running a GB here, in the middle of the buy... they can go shit in a hat and wear it.

They may not take the order if the credit card you use has a Mass billing address.

You can forestall this by calling up your CC and putting your buddys address on file with the CC company. Explain to them that the vendor does a verify and only ships to the billing address, and that you need the alternate address to verify. Some will do this for a window, some will keep it on file indefinitely. Then you can claim that address as billing and it will pass. Or at least this worked years ago when I had to do it...

PSA is one of those spineless businesses that grandstand that they are Pro 2a and that they'll fight the man and all that happy BS but the second there is an issue, they fold like phucking teenage girls. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire either. They are one of the only idiots who won't ship to mass. PLENTY of other bigger and better places will.

The entire point is that you and dennis with your mAss entitlement attitude should take a look in the mirror and place blame where it belongs......

PSA doesnt have an obligation to make up for your dumb choice to live in the socialist paradise of mass......

I don't think anyone determines where to live based on whether or not PSA will ship a charging handle to their house.

No, but as a gun owner you dont choose to live in a state that prohibits shipments of ammunition/etc BY LAW and THEN expect an online/out of state retailer to either break the law or incur additional risk/costs to mitigate your bad decision

What law prohibits shipments of ammunition?

There is NO LAW in MA that blocks ammunition shipments. There never has been. So PSA and others are basically spineless. "because they're afraid of the AG" etc.

That aside, that's not even the problem I have with PSA. I get the "we dont want to deal with MA" thing. I have no problem with that. Fine, don't ship anything here, just be consistent with your policy. (they weren't, for a long time. )

I have problems with their shitty business practices though where they have taken this to the nth degree. and basically have made shit up as they go along. You don't leave someone strung out in the middle of a buy involving thousands of dollars worth of stuff. This wasn't a "oh we just got hit by the AG, we can't do it"
deal, either... some a**h*** got cold feet after agreeing to do it.

There's also another member here who basically got chased in the parking lot of one of their stores for having MA plates on his car. He had just bought a bunch of
ammo. He told them to go screw, they literally wanted him to come back in the store and return it. That's just f***ing cowardice, frankly... the idea that they
would refuse a transaction that's incontrovertibly legal. (this guy had an LTC, not that he needed it in that context).

f*** those people.

DPR-he has no clue what he’s talking about. He’s off searching facts in old posts to try and back peddle on the garbage he calls posts. There is no law against it like there is no law against shipping un regulated parts.

He’s a troll who likes to spew idiocy. He can’t even throw in 20 bucks to go green.

Its a de facto ban
.

Lol don't tell Target Sports (who has been openly, and publicly shipping ammo here for a few months now, even after being threatened by the AG ) that (or any of the other vendors that shall not be named) that. [rofl]

There is no ban by the letter of the law. it's more or less prefaced off vendors being afraid of getting taken to court by the stupid AG here. At least Target Sports finally had the balls to stand up to that stupid c***.

Whats the cost of defending the business in terms of legal fees?

The AG's tactics are doing exactly what they intended to do

Hate to break the news to you but most retailers in NH are now carding everyone trying to purchase ammunition too

I know more than one NH retailer that refuses to do business with folks from mass

You should ask one of the companies what the legal fees were for defending themselves in a Mass court.

So there is no law on shipping ammo to MA? I get ammo shipped in to my door any time I want....just not from PSA

Just not PSA and the majority of online retailers who dont want to incur risk and cost of dealing with mAss laws.

Does any of this come as a surprise to you?

I grew up in NE (not mAss) and everyone knew that mAss was a trainwreck going back 40 years......

If you dont like it then vote with your $$$ and Feet.....but dont bitch about a business that doesnt want to incur risk to their livelyhood to make up for your bad decision to live/continue to live in mAss

"the majority"?? I purchase parts all the time from online retailers, the only problem I've had was if the actual item was in stock. And I haven't bitched about anything but you sure have. For someone who doesn't live in MA your sure know a lot about how "impossible" it is to have ammo or parts shipped to a MA address.

No one said it was impossible....but that would require you actually read the thread

The entire issue/thread revolves around a couple people whining that PSA wont incur additional cost/risk/burden to ship to people in mAss.
