I know my FFL here in Maine will ship to a Mass FFL. The question is can a Mass FFL accept a used Blue label Glock 43X and transfer it to a Mass resident? I know the whole Glock thing is stupid but I also know some FFL's don't want to bother. Thanks

By transferring only a frame through the ffl it bypasses the Mass non-list list.
You will likely find many more FFLs willing to do a frame transfer than those that will transfer an off list gun.
