I'm also a big fan of Paul's Thanksgiving specials. I usually sit down after the family has all left and I've cleaned up a bit, finish up the open bottle of sparkling wine and watch Paul cook in the field. It's almost like visiting with another relative. The guy is making biscuits over an open fire, while telling some funny story. His content is honest and low key. As Paul likes to say, "You be the judge"
