The full pardon list should be out there somewhere. You can check it and report back. I can't find anything about Michael Byrd, but he did pardon some dude named Arthur Byrd back in December.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did pardon Byrd. It's the kind of thing his people would do.

The pardon issued by Biden on the 19th covers the following for the J6 Committee and those who testified before it:

THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHO SERVED ON THE SELECT COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE JANUARY 6TH ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL ("SELECT COMMITTEE"); THE STAFF OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE, AS PROVIDED BY HOUSE RESOLUTION 503 (117TH CONGRESS); AND THE POLICE OFFICERS FROM THE D.C. METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT OR THE U.S. CAPITOL POLICE WHO TESTIFIED BEFORE THE SELECT COMMITTEE

A FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL PARDON

FOR ANY OFFENSES against the United States which they may have committed or taken part in arising from or in any manner related to the activities or subject matter of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

She was the driving force that pushed him out. I doubt it.
Schumer too.

None of the pardons or commutations were of Joe Biden's own doing. I'd be shocked if he has any idea who he's pardoned or who's sentences he's commuted. The deep state put them in front of him and made him sign them, if he's the one who even signed them at all.

Lol. So the list of people isn't even named anywhere for public consumption. Got it.

FWIW, I can only find the names of four capitol cops who testified, and Byrd wasn't one of them. That's meaningless, though.

Fwiw.

There is no public record indicating that Lieutenant Michael Byrd testified before the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. While the committee conducted numerous interviews and hearings, including testimonies from law enforcement officers who responded to the events of that day, Lieutenant Byrd’s name does not appear among the listed witnesses.

However, in August 2021, Lieutenant Byrd publicly identified himself and discussed his actions during the Capitol riot in an interview with NBC News.

I bet the pardon covers people who merely submitted affidavits and such, too. I have a hard time believing the committee heard absolutely nothing from Byrd, publicly or not.

Yes, likely.

There is no public record indicating that Lieutenant Michael Byrd submitted an affidavit to the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. The committee’s final report and supporting materials, which include videos, transcripts, and other documents, do not mention any affidavit from Lieutenant Byrd.

At a guess, Byrd’s lawyer would have stopped him from doing so as a means to prevent his testimony being used in future criminal or civil cases. If there’s any justice, that decision will turn out to be too clever by half.

Lol I think he would do the opposite for her
