I wanna pick this up for a cc gun, Ruger LCP .380 I saw it in Alaska a month ago, haven't seen any around here, my boss thinks its not legal in Mass, but i cant see why not. any ideas?

they are perfectly legal but not on "the list". there are lots of threads related to what shops can and can't transfer to you and the AG's list, etc. you can acquire one from a FTF transfer via FA-10 in MA.

Ive had one for about 2 years now. Its an awesome gun!

It is LEGAL in MA but it is not on the EOPS roster and not AG compliant, so a typical dealer in MA will not transfer it to you. It is the act of a dealer transferring the gun that is regulated, not the gun itself. Best thing to do is try to find one second hand on an FTF deal.
