Ruger RXM - Ruger/Magpul style fake Glock

Unfortunately, I don't work for Ruger or Magpul.
LOL....I was just being gay about it because Im waiting to buy one in black for like 2 months now. Yes i'm too cheap to buy the grey then another 40 dollar frame that cost over 10% of what the pistol sells for, then I'll have another grey piece of plastic sitting around I can't sell for squat.

My opinion is like every other gun maker they should have produced black first then colors.

Buy one, get a black grip, stipple a bunch of dicks in the Grey one, boom hilarious BBQ gun.

Played with one at a shop last week. Trigger was actually pretty good, better than any stock glock trigger I've tried. Probably around 4-5lbs and no stacking. Seems like a really great value for what you get. I'm waiting for them to offer it with a full size grip, I have no interest in the compact.

You'd think Sig would be intelligent enough to copy the 2-3 generations of glock that came after the ones in these pictures from 1993 you posted.

Im pretty sure every single reputable LE agency and gunrange in the United States allows the carry/use of Glock handguns... cannnn sig say the same?

320s exploding, and sig being absolute trash, is essentially a meme at this point. Theres several threads exposing them right here on NES. But keep coping.

Don’t try to dispute that Glock is an accident waiting to happen. They don’t call them Kaboom Cannons for no reason.

I kinda want this. I think the modular redesign of the Glock is an improvement over the original.
Yea I get that. The more videos I've seen of this (definitely what Ruger wanted by sending them out to YouTube shills) the more I'm intrigued by this idea. It's moved up the list of wants. If I get one and it turns into garbage then I guess lesson learned and I'll go back to Glocks. If it works out well, then great, cool gun I have.

It's got tyson level gap.

The factory mags look like someone's first attempt at modifying a hi cap to fit something it didn't before

I'm sure it uses Magpul mags. They have been making Glock mags for 10 years.
If SR spec'd a metal mag. then it's most likely MecGar. This Italian maker has been making mags for Sturm Ruger for decades and is one of the best.

This.... Played with one at the Ft Myers gun show yesterday.

Compact grip seems a little shorter than the glock....pinky finger almost falling off.......had no mag in it so that may be the deal. Definately waiting for the full size grip model hopefully in black before I bother to get one.

Was kind of impressed with the Hellcat pro 3.7" gear up package while I was poking around. 5 - 15 round flush mags, viridian windshield, bag and night sights for $599. Came close...but I can get that online any time realistically cheaper. I did like the slim feel and the grip, and the mag capacity for the size.
Seems to beat the Mossy MC2C having a flush mag with full capacity.....kinda like it.

Yep, Mecgar has been making mags for everyone for decades. CZ, Sig, Beretta, 1911s, and the list goes on...

The best shooting 9mm 1911 mags I've tried are Brownells mags, which I'm pretty sure are OEM'd by Mecgar.

I hate Glocks. I bought an RXM today.

It is the butt-ugly offspring of Glock and Sig. The trigger is way better than a stock Glock. No mushiness, 4-5 pounds, good break, good reset. Steel high profile sights with a tritium front dot. Optics cut for RMR, RMSc, and Pro Point(?). Better grip angle than Glock. Not a 1911, but in between. It comes with two 15 round P-Mags, but of course takes G19 mags.

$449 at my LGS. I paid cash, and bought a holster and 200 rounds of ball ammo (this is my first 9mm).

I think that's a pretty good first 9mm. With it's modularity, you can convert to full size or sub-compact. 9mm is cheap now too. Buying 2-3 cases of 9 ammo should be your next step.

But does the name alone cause Libtards to quiver in their snail trail stained panties?

“Yeah lady, it’s a Glock.”

“Yeah lady, it’s a new Ruger / Magpul designed polymer”

My Gen 4 19 is real long in the tooth, once I get the itch to get a new carry gun, I am probably going to grab one of these.

Is it on Maura's list yet and the secret list? Wonder what the rxm will do to MA street price of used glocks
