Rust inhibitors/protectors revisited

Somewhere last year there was a thread where a fellow shooter was testing several different products on bare metal. Anyone remember?

Anyway, I need to chime in for transmission fluid.

My cellar is extremely damp no matter what I do.
I wiped my babies down LAST SUMMER with the stuff and just today I was able to check them out.
No signs of rust at all.
I wiped them down again just so we can keep in touch and tucked'm away again.
