S&w model 69 combat magnum- mass compliant?

The 629 44 mag is mass compliant that i know-

But is the 29 Combat magnum?

Biught one on gunbroker was listed as 4 inch barell eg 629 - but what i got was the 2014 4.25inch model 29 combat magnum.....
