Wanted to let everyone here at NES know my experience with ST.
I bought a billet ST upper receiver from a member here about a year ago for a build I was starting.
Long story short, I finished the build awhile ago ( different thread). I was out shooting last month, everything going fine, when I noticed the forward assist had come out and was in the ground, spring gone if course.
I figured no big deal, I'll order a new one and put it in.
Well, couldn't get the threaded pin out and it stripped.
Sent an email to ST customer service and they sent me an RMA and shipping label within a day and are replacing the billet receiver with their new gen II billet upper, free if charge.
Told them thanks and to make a .308 set so I can buy their gear for my next build.
Top notch company, great service and support.
