Uhm, because some trade rag (or the NRA?) decided to declare it as such? Probably the same entities that always seem to test guns and never, ever find anything wrong with them.... The sickly sweet smell of advertising or donations is the opiate for the gunrag editor.

Apparently, also, you missed the sarcasm in my post. I was trying to illustrate that one can find flaws with pretty much every handgun out there.
