Trump gave us Bruen and the defeat of Wade vs Roe with his judicial appointments. Trump was NOT a Politician and erred by assuming the swamp rats would do their duty as American citizens. Trumps greatest victory was exposing the swamp creatures and lamestream media for what they are, biased Leftist operatives more concerned with protecting their namby, pamby jobs and influence than doing the right thing or reporting the truth.

The Roe v Wade decision was a loss for us. As if the FSA isn't already breeding like rabbits. I would have rather seen tax incentives for people who are married, employed and not receiving taxpayer assistance to have more kids.

Advanced degrees are specialized study. By the time you get a Ph.D you know everything about one thing. Doesn’t mean you can balance a checkbook. My sperm donor is a fine example. Welp, I spoke a day too soon. Do wonders never cease? Looks good except that the Constitution seems not to apply to NYC... I suspect these 'CONDITIONS' are a remnant of pre-NYSRPA v. Bruen, and will eventually be updated to something else (for better or worse). Thanks CatSnoutSoup for the encouragement.

Nys is one whacked state. Nyc is part of nys yet acts like its a separate state. Here you have a state issued permit valid statewide with the exception if 1 city in the whole state.

The state never should have let the city have that ability to ignore state law.
Are state drivers licenses valid everywhere except nyc? Are all state laws null and void in nyc?

Or kick the city loose into its own territory.

the abortion comment was lobbed more at MA/NY politics than your post. it was a bad comparison sorry. And it seems that since 2010 at least 2 people have died of non-medical no2 oversdose, but both people had masks on, and this may very well have been suicide.
