Target Sports Delivering Again - Megathread

Snagged 2000 rounds of that new republic 62 grain last month. Shoots great through a mini and an cheapie AR. Groups aren't terrible for target ammo. Getting 4" out of the mini at 100 yards and about the same out of the AR. The mini has seen a lot of use, and the AR's barrel is pretty budget. Someone with a better set up AR and a fresher mini barrel could probably do better.

If I had waited, could have saved maybe another $70

I haven’t shot it yet as I’m still finishing the last of my PMC, but it looks good and I like the size/shape of the packaging as it fits nicely. Same with their 9mm which I’ve been using. Their 50rd box is half the size of Blazer’s, as it should be.

I'm waiting with baited breath to hopefully see new republic start exporting 7.62x39. Would be great to have some reasonable prices back for them. That and 308 will hopefully be below $1 a round soon.

308 is under a $1 per round if you look elsewhere. Look at ammoseek. There’s at least one vendor who has Igman 308 for 79 cpr shipped
X39 ammo is still over 44 cpr plus tax from other vendors

I ended up buying 150rnds of ww-nato. It was $35 and I like that ammo. But I've pulled back most of my purchases with pretty much everything that's non essential. I'm trying to make major head way in paying off bills this year and next.

Target sports is 45 cents a round for their bulk x39 700 round milsurp sealed container. For the penny, I'll stick with them. If NR keeps producing ammo like they are, at the quality they are, and the price point, I'm not likely to look elsewhere.

As for .308, I'm just sitting on it.

Appreciate it though.

I placed a few orders on Tuesday, and they both arrived today. Not bad considering how many orders were probably placed that day!

Between the 1k Win .223 and some Minimags, I saved enough to make the Ammo+ membership worthwhile. The way I see it, I picked up 1k LC cases for reloading @ $.27 each, and Winchester was nice enough to throw in primers, powder and projectiles as a bonus! ;) Now it's time to take advantage of the free shipping by ordering single boxes of .22LR!

Anyone shoot 38 spl 158 gr SWC ammo? A very well known and respected bullet maker/ammo company has their 38 spl reloads in stock again. Free shipping and no
sales tax to MA. 1k rounds is $296 shipped.

Not sure if the price is anything special. Just thought I’d mention it.

how'd you get the promos? a code or they add over a certain $ amount. added stuff to cart but not seeing the kickers.
I added the Ammo+ (haven’t had that since 2022) and in the order invoice all that extra stuff appeared. I decided to get a good sized order of 22lr since, well, you know the thing. It may be due to the Columbus day sale too. The 10% off is a pretty damn good deal for the few offerings they had and Aquila super extra runs flawless in my .22 platforms.
