Target Sports Delivering Again - Megathread

As it so happens my Ammo+ membership was set to renew tomorrow.
Last night I ordered a 1/2 case of this and a 1/2 case of that, and after I got the shipping notice today I went in and set my Ammo+ not to renew.
If this does not end up impacting business with TSUSA then I will enroll again before my next order, but I did not want to renew a membership that I might not be able to use.

I guess I'm giving another small victory to the globalist knob gobblers at the State House, they should enjoy it while they can. Besides my regular SAF, FPC, GOA tithes I've got $1k set aside for the first .org that files suit.

Hopefully, other escapees who can order from other vendors will have the same thought I had and hold off on purchasing from TSUSA to hopefully leave a few more cases/boxes available for MA shooters who don't have another mail order choice.

I’ve got a full cart at TS I’m leaving there until after 8/1. I still buy from them occasionally to support their past shipping to MA but let my membership lapse a while back.

Unless Healy adds an emergency preamble to the law when she signs it, it will not become law for 90 days. The 8/1 date is only for grandfathering of evil weapons. That means we should get an additional 90 days from when the law is signed or it becomes law due to her not signing it. Since they submitted it to her last Friday it will become active 90 days after this coming Sunday unless Healy signs it earlier, adds an emergency preamble or vetos it.

I let mine lapse for a while, then just started a new membership about 2 weeks ago. Figured I would get my moneys worth over the next 6-12 months.

Now I’m building a preban rifle and probably buying a semi shotgun this week that was previously unplanned for. Ohh, and I need to spend $500 more on ammo to reach break even with TSusa membership.

:/

A few gun shops like KAG are always posting good ammo deals on here it’s just not worth driving unless I’m going to buy a couple cases.

This new bill has me seriously considering dual residency, unfortunately straight up leaving isn't an option in the near future.
Just a reminder, you can ship ammo to the UPS Store in Salem, NH and they’re supposed to collect a $5 fee from you but many times they never charged me. No account needed no heads up to the store either.

Carry on!

How would TSUSA (and others) view it if your billing address is in MA but your shipping address is in NH? MA might still be your primary residence in their eyes.

I don’t know the answer to that question - just playing devil’s advocate.
Depends on the company. I’ve shipped ammo and other stuff to NH addresses (such as the UPS Store in Salem) and used a MA billing and only ran into a couple vendors who wouldn’t do it. Most will. Just have to try it

But using MA billing and shipping to NH is very different than NH billing shipping to MA, given the recent turn of events. TSUSA seems to be going through their interpretation/analysis of the new law, so at least they’re not immediately ditching the state (not that I know anyone that is).

Out of curiosity, how many cases is too many cases? There has to be a point where UPS goes WTF?
A while back when 5.45 was cheap, me and a buddy ordered around 20 crates.

UPS called us and we had to go pick it up at the terminal. I think it was a weight issue lol

Forget ducking Ducatis, I want to leave ducks on peoples ammo orders. Thats the real power move

A role model for all

It was like $.08 a round, how can you not? :)

All I shot was 5.45 for a couple of years until some panic sent a lot of AR boys to the dark side because 5.56 was getting expensive, which in turn drove up the prices of my fave calibers, x39 and 5.45 :(

Be interesting to see where they settle. I will note that they're currently shipping ammo within 12 hours of your placing the order, unlike the 2 day or so wait that I encountered earlier this year.

TS USA is getting busy. I just looked at my order info and there is a notice of 2 -4 day delay in processing. At least they still have plenty of stock.

Based on email I received from them they will continue to sell to MA but of course that can change.

See, this I respect. A company that uses good lawyers, not some idiot that screams "don't ship to MA" ... or worse, not consulting a lawyer.

Some companies like PSA should learn from this.
